Do you use a referral program?
YES!  Our new referral program offers our valuable customers the chance to spread the word, and get deals for themselves and their friends.  If you refer some one, have them say so when they schedule an appointment, and they'll get 10% off their total bill, and so will you, next time you call us!

How do I prepare for your technicians?
Move any breakables, knick-knacks, and electronics.  Move any small furniture that you want cleaned under.  Techs will assist with heavy furniture.
Lightly vacuum, and pick personal objects up off of floor.
Keep pets outside, and small children supervised.

How long does it take?
Our procedure includes a thorough 12 point process, which takes about 2 hours on average to complete, with an additional 2-6 hours to dry, depending on the air movement in your home.

How often should I clean my carpets?
Most manufacturers recommend a cleaning by IICRC certified professionals,
using hot water extraction, every 12-18 months.  Don't wait for your carpets to look dirty, because carpets become dirty long before appearing dirty.

What about floods and water damage?
All About Carpet & Floors offers 24 hour emergency water damage services.  In the event such services are needed, we extract the water, remove any carpet or padding that isn't salvageable, dehumidify the area, clean the carpet, and deodorize.

What is your procedure?
After a walk through inspection with the customer, we pre-vacuum, pre-spray, and scrub any stubborn stains.  Then, we clean, rinse, and groom.  Deodorizing and Scotchgarding is also available.

What method do you use?
Our technicians use the preferred method of all carpet manufactures, which is hot water extraction, also known as steam cleaning.  Steam cleaning provides the safest, most effective, and most efficient method for keeping you carpets looking and feeling like new.

Why is steam cleaning better?
According to the IICRC, various methods of cleaning have different functions, both in interim maintenance and restorative cleaning.  According to a survey conducted by Cleanfax, a cleaning industry magazine, some 88.6% of the professional carpet cleaners are using hot water extraction as their primary cleaning method. Dry foam cleaning was used by 1.5% of the professionals surveyed.  Second, almost ALL carpet manufacturers recommend hot water extraction cleaning.Whatever method you choose, it is important to use an IICRC-Certified Professional for your cleaning work.
